Host & Boutique Staff

Hours Vary May include late evening, holidays, and weekends

Responsibilities:
Greeting and seating guests
Manning the boutique & coat room
Answering the phones
Taking “to-go” orders
Keeping work stations clean
Preparing for restaurant opening
Other duties as needed.

Requirements:
High School Diploma
Ability to work well and communicate well with others
Neat and clean appearance
Outgoing and enjoy working with people
Must be able to work weekend nights and a flexible schedule

Servers

Lunch Shift 10 am – 3 pm

Dinner Shift varied – 10 pm

Responsibilities:
Take customer orders
Serve food and beverages
Prepare checks and accept payments

Potential Additional Duties:
Maintaining service stations
Setting up tables
Other side work as needed

Requirements:
High School Diploma
Ability to work and communicate with others
Neat and clean appearance
Outgoing personality
Love working with people
Food and liquor experience required

Line Cooks

Hours Vary May include late evening, holidays, and weekends

Responsibilities:
Preparing food from different areas in the kitchen
Measure, mix & cook ingredients according to recipes
Use a variety of pots, pans, cutlery, and equipment, including ovens, broilers, grills, fryers, woks, slicers, grinders, and blenders
Clean work areas, equipment, utensils, dishes, and silverware

Requirements:
Some experience in food service is preferred but not required.
